Items with SSCC and GRAI registration

You can perform warehouse pick through barcode parsing of a License Plate tracked item with SSCC registration and GRAI registration. There are a few setups that are required to be done for the customer.

• On the Customer SSCC settings page, turn on the Enable SSCC toggle.
• In the Require Shipping Unit Registration field, choose ‘GRAI’.
• In the SSCC Label Layout Code field, choose BASIC.
• In the Composition field, choose Homogeneous.
• On the SSCC FastTab, in the Extension Digit field, enter 0.
• In the GS1 Company Prefix field, enter a value between 7 to 9 numeric characters.
• In the Serial Reference Nos. field, choose SSCC.

Full Pick

The following procedure describes how to perform full pick by parsing the barcode for a License Plate tracked item with SSCC and GRAI registration:

1. On the Aptean Mobile Warehouse app home page, select the Pick icon.
2. In the Quick Scan (QS) field, enter or scan the Warehouse Pick number.
   The Pick activity opens.
3. In the Identifier field, enter or scan the License Plate number and press Enter.
   A dialogue box appears asking for Shipping Unit approval.
4. Choose Yes.
5. Click the Context Menu in the top right corner.
6. Choose Start GRAI Autofill (F1).
7. In the Identifier field, enter or scan the GRAI number.
8. In the Quantity Handled field, check the suggested value.
9. Repeat steps 7 and 8 to enter or scan the next GRAI numbers and check the Quantity Handled fields.

You can find the scanned GRAI numbers in Business Central, in the Mobile Scan Entries list.

Partial Pick

The following procedure describes how to perform partial pick by parsing the barcode for a License Plate tracked item with SSCC and GRAI registration:

1. On the Aptean Mobile Warehouse app home page, select the Pick icon.
2. In the Quick Scan (QS) field, enter or scan the Warehouse Pick number.
   The Pick activity opens.
3. In the Identifier field, enter or scan the new SSCC number.
4. In the Identifier field, enter or scan the SSCC number.
   A dialogue box appears asking for Shipping container approval.
5. Choose Yes.
   A dialogue box appears asking for Shipping Unit approval.
6. Choose Yes.
7. Repeat steps 5 through 9 to complete your partial pick activity for License Plate tracked items with SSCC and GRAI registration.
