Including GRAI registration using the Autofill Function
After scanning the License Plate number, the item number and the lot number, you can perform the following activities:
- Scan only the GRAI number
- Scan/select the Shipping Unit code
- Enter the Quantity multiple times where the same License Plate number, Item number and Lot number should be used.
- Select the Pick icon on the home screen of the mobile device to open the Pick page.
- Scan the Item number that needs to be picked.
- Enter or scan the Warehouse Pick number for a customer on the Pick/SO/Trans/WMS No. field.
- In the Identifier field, enter or scan the License Plate number, which is the Customer SSCC Number.
As the pallet is homogenous, the item and lot number are automatically entered into the Mobile Device. - Approve if the shipping container code is correct.
- Enable the Start Autofill LP, Item, Lot (F1) function.
- Scan the GRAI number.
For the item or item/customer combination, a shipping unit code is set up with the Default SSCC setting. Then, the quantity per packaging of the default packaging line should be used as the default quantity. A Mobile Scan Entry for the item, shipping container, shipping unit code and shipping unit number has been created.
A notification appears when entering the quantity required to be picked for the first Shipping unit number, including GRAI registration, based on the quantity on the Sales Order.
The scanning process is repeated thrice for scanning the shipping units with the GRAI number.
- Stop the Autofill function.
An error message occurs when the total quantity of the scan entries on the scanned License Plate does not match the quantity on the License Plate number. In such case, you can complete scanning the remaining quantity, including GRAI number. - Execute steps 4 to 7.
The total quantity picked for the License Plate number is updated.
The Autofill function is stopped automatically as the total quantity of the pallet has been picked.
