Close an Unpaid Payment Request

  1. Select the Search icon , enter Aptean Pay Requests Queue, and then choose the related link.
    The Aptean Pay Requests Queue page opens.
  2. Choose the appropriate record to close.
    > [!NOTE]
    > Only processed records whose payment status is unpaid can be closed.
  3. Choose Actions > Close Payment Request.

The Request Status will change to Closed.
