The Aptean CRM extension provides integration capability between the Classic Food and Beverage ERP products on Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) and the Aptean CRM application.

The integration facilitates data synchronization through the BC connector in selected fields of Business Central (such as contacts, companies, posted sales orders, or posted sales invoices) with the corresponding fields in the Aptean CRM application.

The data synchronization functionality is called Aptean CRM Connector and is available on Business Central for the following features:

  • Contact and Company Details: Bidirectional Sync (ERP to CRM and CRM to ERP)
  • Sales History Documents—Sales Orders, Posted Sales Invoices, Posted Sales Credit Memos: Unidirectional Sync (ERP to CRM)
  • Accounts Receivable Aging Report: Unidirectional Sync (ERP to CRM)

This user guide contains instructions on how to configure the integration between the Aptean CRM application and your Business Central environment. However, it does not contain information on setting up and working within the Aptean CRM application itself.

To obtain information about Aptean CRM, log into Aptean Connect.

Only existing users of Aptean products are granted Aptean Connect access.
