Update the AR Aging Data

Update the AR aging data and generate the AR aging report details.

  1. Select the Search icon , enter Aptean CRM AR Aging Details and then choose the related link.
    The Aptean CRM AR Aging Details list page opens.
  2. On the action bar, select Actions > Update Data.
    The Update AR Aging page opens.
  3. Enter the date used on the current aging bucket, the date type used to calculate aging, lengths of the aging periods, and the other fields as required.
  4. Add Filters to narrow down your search based on the customer or other available fields.
  5. Select OK.
    The system displays the AR aging details based on the specified criteria.
