Synchronization for Contact and Company Details

You can send specific details related to contacts and companies in Business Central to the corresponding fields in the Aptean CRM application.

Similarly, you can fetch the contact and company details from the Aptean CRM application into the Business Central solution.

The data synchronization is controlled by the sync direction set for each field in the Aptean CRM application.

Contacts and Companies are separate entities in the Aptean CRM application and contains separate records. Whereas, in Business Central, Contacts is a single entity with types, Company and Person.

When you sync the Contact and Company details, the Business Central contacts with type Company correspond to Companies in the Aptean CRM application, while Business Central contacts with type Person correspond to Contacts in Aptean CRM.
