Linking Contacts with a Company

You can link one or more contacts with a company and send it to the Aptean CRM application.

1. Select the Search icon , enter Contacts and then choose the related link.
   The Contacts list page opens.
2. Select the contact of the type Person for which you want to link the company.
   The Contact Card page opens.

On the Contacts list page, contacts of type Person appear in the regular style, and contacts of type Company appear in boldface.

1. On the action bar, select Navigate > Aptean CRM > Contact Company.
   The Aptean CRM Contact Company List page opens.
2. On the action bar, select New to open the Aptean CRM Contact Company Card page.
3. In the Company Number field, select the company you want to link the contact to and exit the page.
4. On the Contact Card page, on the action bar, select Contact > Send Contact Details to send the linked company details to the Aptean CRM application.

Alternatively, on the action bar, select Actions > Aptean CRM > Send Contact Details to send the linked company details to the Aptean CRM application.
