Import the Configuration Package

The Aptean internal community only can access the sites.

Follow these steps to import the Aptean_CRM configuration package in BC:

  1. Select the Search icon , enter Configuration Packages and then choose the related link.
    The Configuration Packages page opens.
  2. On the action bar, select Process > Import Package.
    The system displays a dialog box.
  3. In the Import File dialog box, select Choose file to go to the configuration package file location.
  4. Select the RapidStart package file, PackageAPTEAN_CRM.rapidstart provided for Aptean CRM, and then select Open to import the file into Business Central.
    On the Configuration Packages page, you can see the imported package, ERP Sync. Configuration Setup in the Package Name column for the APTEAN_CRM row.
  5. Select APTEAN_CRM.
    The APTEAN_CRM page opens.
  6. On the action bar, select Process > Apply Package.
    A dialog box displays the following prompt: Apply data from package Aptean_CRM?
  7. Select Yes.
    A dialog box shows the number of tables processed, errors found, records inserted, and the records modified.
  8. Click OK.
