From the Sales Order Card Page

  1. Open the Customer Card page for the customer of type Company, created from the Contact Card page.
  2. On the action bar, select New Document > Sales Order to create a new sales order.
    The Sales Order Card page opens.
    Fill in the required fields.
  3. On the action bar, select Release > Release to release the sales order.
  4. On the action bar, select Actions > Aptean CRM > Send Order to send the sales order to the Aptean CRM application.
    A dialog box shows the sync result: Sales Order sent to Aptean CRM.
  5. Click OK.
    On the Aptean CRM FastTab, you can see the following details when the sales order is sent to the Aptean CRM application successfully:
    • Message field: ERP customer order upserted
    • Order Synced toggle is turned on.
      You can reopen a sales order that is already sent to the Aptean CRM application to make the updates and resend the updated order to the Aptean CRM application.
  6. On the action bar, select Release > Reopen to reopen the sales order.
  7. Make the required changes in the sales order.
  8. On the action bar, select Actions > Aptean CRM > Send Order to send the updated sales order to the Aptean CRM application.
    You can even delete a sales order that is synced with the Aptean CRM application.
  9. Select the bin icon at the top of the page to delete the order.
    A dialog box notifies you that the order is synced with CRM and do you want to delete the order in the CRM too.
  10. Select Yes to delete the sales order from the Aptean CRM application too.
    Alternatively, select No to retain the sales order in the Aptean CRM application.
