From the Aptean CRM Setup page

  1. On the Aptean CRM Role Center page, on the action bar, select Setup and then choose the Aptean CRM Setup link.
    Alternatively, select the Search icon , enter Aptean CRM Setup and then choose the related link.
    The Aptean CRM Setup page opens.
  2. On the action bar, select Load Aptean CRM and then select from the following:
    • Load Companies action: Fetches Company details from the Aptean CRM application into Business Central.
    • Load Contacts action: Fetches Contact details from the Aptean CRM application into Business Central.

If you are fetching multiple records, the synchronization might take some time to complete.
