From the Aptean CRM Setup page

  1. On the Aptean CRM Role Center page, on the action bar, select Setup and then choose the Aptean CRM Setup link.
    Alternatively, select the Search icon , enter Aptean CRM Setup and then choose the related link.
    The Aptean CRM Setup page opens.
  2. On the action bar, select Send Contact > Send Contact Details.
    This action sends both the Contact detail and the Company details to the Aptean CRM application.

If you are sending multiple records, the synchronization might take some time to complete.

A dialog box shows the following result, Contact has been sent to Aptean CRM, on successful synchronization.

  1. Click OK.
