Create a Customer from Contacts of type Company

Follow these steps to create a customer from the Contacts of type Company:

  1. Open the Contacts List page from the search box.
  2. Create a contact of type Company or select an existing contact of type Company and send it to the Aptean CRM application.
    Refer to the Send Company Details from BC to Aptean CRM topic for more details.
  3. Open the Contact Card page for the upserted contact.
  4. Select Actions in the action bar > Functions > Create as > Customer to create the company as a customer.
  5. You can view the customer that you created from the Contact Card page on the Customers List page.
