Accessing the weighbridge ticket page

The following procedure shows how to access the Weighbridge Ticket page:

  1. Select the Search icon , enter Weighbridge Tickets, and then choose the related link.
    The Weighbridge Tickets list page opens.
  2. Select the desired No.
    The Weighbridge Ticket page opens.
  3. On the General FastTab, all the fields are automatically populated except the Unknown Tare Receiving toggle.
    Turn on/off the Unknown Tare Receiving toggle to receive or refuse the lots before the vehicle weight is known.
  4. On the Inbound / Outbound FastTab, enter the value in the Inbound Scale Reading field.
    All the other inbound field values are automatically calculated based on the inputs given on the Lines FastTab in the Inbound Packing Tare and Inbound Packing Count fields. The values are calculated based on the number of entries on the Lines FastTab.

    > Inbound Packaging Tare and Inbound Packaging Weight value should always be less than the Inbound Scale Reading.
  5. In the Outbound Scale Reading, Outbound Packaging Tare, and Outbound Packaging count fields, enter the respective values.
    All the other outbound field values are automatically calculated.
    Calc. Quantity To Receive field is also automatically filled with the calculated value.
  6. On the Lines FastTab, Source Type, Source Line No., Item No., Item Description, Quantity, Unit of Measure Code, and Lot No., fields are automatically populated from the source document (purchase order or warehouse receipt). The Inbound Packaging Weight field is calculated and updated based on the input given in the Inbound Packing Tare and Inbound Packing Count fields.
    The Inbound Packaging Tare and Inbound Packaging Count fields are editable, only if the Status of the Weighbridge Ticket is New.
    The Split% field is internally calculated based on the Quantity To Receive and Calc. Quantity To Receive field. The Split% value may exceed 100%.
  7. The value in the Quantity To Receive field is populated based on the values in the Quantity To Receive field on the Inbound / Outbound FastTab and Split%.
    The Quantity To Receive field value should be more than the consumption value.

    > All the values entered on the Lines and Inbound/Outbound FastTab should be positive.
  8. On the Logistics FastTab, in the Vehicle Reg. No., Trailer Reg. No. and Driver Name fields, enter the values.
  9. In the Weighbridge Split Rounding Precision field, enter the number of decimal places displayed in the Split % field. This field supports up to five decimal places (for example, 1.00002) and only positive numeric values.

  10. In the Weighbridge Qty to Receive Rounding Precision field, enter the number of decimal places displayed in the Quantity to Receive field on the Weighbridge Ticket page.

All the other fields such as Weigh In Date, Weigh In Time, Weigh Out Date, and Weigh Out Time are automatically populated after posting is done.
