Integration with Aptean EDI

When the Aptean Ultimate Consignee extension is used in conjunction with the Aptean EDI extension, you can enter the GLN (Global Location Number) code associated with an EDI message to the consignee address. For more information, see Set up ultimate consignees.

You must link the GLN code to a customer and ship-to address. For more information, see Link GLN codes to ultimate consignee for customers. Upon processing EDI messages with the GLN code, the system automatically inherits the consignee address details in the sales order created.
