Dates in tax calculations

Tax rates are set up with a starting and ending date. The date fields that refers to these dates depend to document types:

Document Type	Date Field
Sales Documents	The shipment date in the document line.
Purchase Documents	The expected receipt date in the document line.
Transfer Orders	The shipment date in the document line.
Assembly Order	The posting date in the assembly header.
Item Journal	The posting date in the journal line.
Item Reclassification Journal	The posting date in the journal line.
Production Journals Journal	The posting date in the journal line.
