View the simple factory schedule

You can filter and view multiple production orders in factories that match the filter criteria you define. This helps facilitate efficient scheduling and production management.

The following procedure outlines how to view the simple factory schedule.

  1. Open the Simple Factory Schedule View page in either of the following ways:
    • Via the Simple Factory Scheduler page. For more information, see Run the simple factory scheduler.
    • Select the Search icon , enter Simple Factory Schedule View, and then choose the related link.
  2. On the Simple Factory Schedule View Filters FastTab, you can adjust the filters in the following fields:

    FieldDescription
    Due DateSelect or enter the date of the production order.
    Location CodeSelect the location code.
    Factory CodeSelect the factory code associated with the location.
    Production Line Process TypeSelect the type of resource applied to the production line.
    Production Order StatusSelect the status of the production order.
    Production LineSelect the production line code associated with the factory.

    You can view details of the simple factory schedule in the following fields:

    FieldDescription
    Production Order Due DateSpecifies the due date of the production order.
    Location CodeSpecifies the location code associated with the factory code.
    Factory CodeSpecifies the code representing the factory where the production process takes place.
    Production Line CodeSpecifies the code representing the production line.
    Production Line NameSpecifies the name of the production line.
    TypeSpecifies the type of resource applied to the production line.
    Default Labor CountSpecifies the labor count required for the production line by default.
    Production Order StatusSpecifies the status of the production order.
    No. of Production OrdersSpecifies the number of production orders.
    Planned Start Date/TimeSpecifies the planned start date and time of the first production order.
    Planned End Date/TimeSpecifies the planned end date and time of the last production order.
    Actual Start Date/TimeSpecifies the actual start date and time of the production order.
    This field is currently inactive; it will be functional in the forthcoming release.

    Actual End Date/TimeSpecifies the actual end date and time of the production order.

  3. On the action bar, select Simple Factory Scheduler to update the filters on the Simple Factory Scheduler page.

    > The Use Prod. Priorities toggle is turned off by default.

  4. On the action bar, select Prod. Line View to view all the production orders in detail. For more information, see Manage the simple production line schedule.

In the current system, regardless of the end time specified in the shop calendar code for the production line, the system considers the end of the day, 11:59 p.m, for calculations. This feature will be enhanced in the forthcoming release to support shift-based calculations.
