Integration with Aptean Compliance Documents

When the Aptean Shop Floor Production extension is used in conjunction with the Aptean Compliance Documents extension, the system ensures that item compliance documents selected with the Show in Shop Floor checkbox selected on the Item Compliance Documents page are queried and displayed as work instructions in this extension.

When you query in the Work Instructions Worksheet page, it automatically retrieves and displays compliance PDF documents for ingredients and MMR PDF documents for finished goods linked through routing. Additionally, you can have immediate access to relevant regulatory and safety documents such as Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and other compliance materials directly within your production workflow.

The query also validates,

• The compliance document that is linked to an ingredient item associated with the production order and a routing link code connected to the active work center.
• The MMR documents linked to certified production scenarios where the Show in Shop Floor checkbox is selected.
