Quality check comments
Comments help quality control users to capture additional notes or observations for each question within a quality check. Comments can be edited or hidden as needed.
Based on the setup on the Quality Control Questions page, comments are required to be filled in.
You can also add comments for every question displayed on the screen by selecting the Comment icon.
Follow the steps below to add or view the quality check comments.
- Select the desired quality control check line.
- Select the Comment icon beside the question to open the comment box.
- Enter the comment. It is not mandatory and can be added if necessary.
Once you leave the comment box, the system will automatically save the comment and update the Comment field on the Quality Control Check page.
The Comment icon will change to indicate that a comment has been added. Toggle the icon again will hide the comment if desired.
Comments configured on the Quality Control Plan page are displayed as predefined, non-editable notes. However, if a comment is updated in the quality control plan after a quality check is created, the updated comment will not appear in existing quality checks on the Quality Control App page.
