Process quality control actions

The Actions tab on the Quality Control App page includes a comprehensive set of fields that provide detailed information about quality actions. The fields displayed on the page are as follows: 

FieldDescription
Action No.The unique identifier for each quality action. 
Status The status of the quality control action. The available options are: New, In Progress, or Posted. 
Ref. Item Description The description of the reference item involved in quality control action. 
Assigned to The team or user assigned to complete the action. 
Team The quality control team responsible for the action. 
Created Date The date when the quality action was created. 

When the Show posted toggle is turned on, both posted and non-posted quality actions will be shown. 

You can use the Teams filter to view quality control checks and actions by selecting one or more associated quality control teams. The available team options are based on the configuration defined on the Quality Control Teams page.


Only the quality managers can view all available quality actions in the system. 

Quality actions can also be accessed directly from a posted quality check to actions linked to specific checks.
