Post the quality check

You can post a quality check and view the associated results, including scores, images, comments, and any generated action plans. When a quality check is posted, the system performs required validations, generates a score, and provides the user with an overview of the quality check outcome. 

Follow the steps below to post the quality control check.

1. Open the required quality check from the Quality Control App page. 
2. Answer all the questions on the General and Sample tabs. 

3. Select POST on the action bar. 

   The system runs mandatory checks, ensuring all required questions are answered. It verifies that sample readings match the requirements set in the quality plan. 

   A confirmation message appears. Select Yes to proceed with posting the quality check. 

You can view the details of the posted quality check by turning on the Show posted toggle on the Quality Control App page. It is similar to the Quality Check page but contains filled-in responses and related information. 

You can also view the required action plans for the posted quality check in the Actions tab. The system streamlines the creation of action plans by grouping questions with the same failure action code (defined in the Failure Action Plan field on the Quality Control Plan page) into a single action plan.

You can select VIEW and execute the required quality control action plans.
