Post the quality action

Before posting a quality action, the system checks if all required responses are completed. The system will prompt you to complete any questions that remain unanswered. Once the quality action is posted, you can only view the posted quality action, which includes all information. 

Follow the steps below to post the quality control action.

  1. Open the Quality Controll App page. 
  2. Select the Actions tab.
  3. Select the required quality control action line.
    Confirm that all questions and tasks in the quality action are answered. If any questions are incomplete, the system displays an error message. 
  4. Select POST on the action bar once all responses are complete. 

    A confirmation message appears. Select Yes to proceed with posting or No to return to the quality action page without posting. 

If the Show Quality Check Completion Message toggle on the Quality Control Setup page is turned on, the system displays a confirmation message with the posted check number, result, score (if applicable), and number of quality actions created.

You can select the VIEW POSTED CHECK button to open the related posted quality control check.

Select the VIEW QUALITY ACTIONS button to open the related quality control action list created from the posted quality control check. This button is disabled if no quality actions are created.

The posted quality actions can be reviewed at any time by turning on the Show posted toggle in the quality control actions list.
