You can use batch jobs to schedule report publishing per document type or for all document types on the Job Queue Entries page.
The system automatically creates a batch job for report publishing when the Document Publication Report Selection and Document Publication Layouts pages are opened for the first time. The Status field value for these job queues are set to On Hold. You can access them via the Job Queue Entries page and edit them as required to schedule report publishing. For more information, see Use job queues to schedule tasks.
