Publish reports from documents

You can select the following actions to print or email reports from documents using the document publication functionality. For more information, see Supported documents.
- Publish: The system opens the Document Publications dialog, where you can review and edit the reports to be published. You can select OK to proceed with the printing or emailing.
- Publish Directly: The system publishes the reports as per the setup.
- The system publishes reports with the Process By field set to User on the Document Publication Report Selection or the Document Publication Layouts page.
- For sales and purchase documents, the system checks each report by report ID, first on the Document Publication Layouts page and then on the Document Publication Report Selection page.
- If the Publish checkbox is cleared for a report on the Document Publication Report Selection or the Document Publication Layouts page, the system does not display the report in the Document Publications dialog.
