Integration with Aptean Compliance Documents

When the Aptean Production Scenarios extension is used in conjunction with the Aptean Compliance Document extension, you can attach the Master Manufacturing Record (MMR) document.

Assign MMR to production scenario

To link an MMR to a production scenario, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Item Card page.

  2. On the action bar, select Related > Bill of Materials > Production > Production Scenarios.

    The Item Production Scenarios page opens.

  3. In the Master Manufacturing Record No. field, enter the relevant record number or use the AssistEdit button to assign an MMR linked to the item.

    You can only assign an MMR when the Status field value of the production scenario is set to New or Under Development. If the Status field is Certified or Closed, the system displays an error message.
