Product specification translations

You can use the Product Specification Translations page to maintain translations of product specification fields in multiple languages. This ensures that the translated values are available for printing on the product specification report, in a manner consistent with how item descriptions can be defined in different languages.

To access the Product Specification Translations page, on the action bar of the following pages, select Related > Specifications > Translations.

• Product Specifications Raw Materials
• Product Specification Raw Material
• Product Specifications Semi Products
• Product Specification Semi Product
• Product Specifications End Products
• Product Specification End Product
• Product Specifications Packaging
• Product Specification Packaging

To configure the product specification translations, follow these steps.

1. On the Product Specification Translations page, in Field No. field, select the number of the field within the product specification table.
2. In the Language Code field, select the code of the language into which you want to translate the selected field value.
3. In the Translated Value field, enter the translated version of the selected field value.
   The translated version of the selected field is configured.
