Product Specification Semi Product
Creating semi-product specifications is similar to creating the raw material specification and end product specification. Refer to the Product Specification Raw Material topic and the Product Specification End Product topic for complete information on creating a product specification for a semi-product.
Semi product specification calculation not allowed
You can specify if this semi-product specification should be recalculated when calculating a related end product specification.
Turn on the Calculation Not Allowed toggle to manually adjust the product specification values and not want the semi-product specification to be recalculated.
The Calculation Not Allowed toggle is on the General FastTab of the Product Specification Semi Product page.
In the Specification Template Code field, select a template to filter product specification lines before executing the Refresh Lines action.
The Change Status action enables you to change the status of selected specification lines. You can select any of the following status options:
- New
- Released
- Under Development
- Close
When executing the calculate report for the product specification, you can choose whether to include or exclude attributes from all sub-levels.
- When the Exclude Attributes from Sub-level toggle is turned off, all attributes from all sub-levels are copied to the product specification.
- When the Exclude Attributes from Sub-level toggle is turned on, attributes from sub-levels are not copied to the product specification.
