General setup

To ensure the smooth functioning of the production planning extension, perform the following steps:

• On the Manufacturing Setup page, on the General FastTab, turn on the Planning Warning toggle to receive a confirmation when a production order reserved for a sales order is deleted or its status is changed.
• On the Item Card page,
  • On the Replenishment FastTab, in the Replenishment System field, select Prod. Order.
  • On the Planning FastTab, in the Reordering Policy field, select Order.
