Warehouse Shipments auto–post

You can automatically post warehouse shipments using the Auto Post Warehouse Shipment toggle on the Aptean POD Setup page. When the POD Quantity field value (greater than zero) is updated from the Aptean Proof of Delivery app, the system posts the shipment automatically based on the configuration setup on the Job Queue Entries page.

The document must adhere to the following criteria in order to automatically post the warehouse shipments.

• The Auto Post Warehouse Shipment toggle must be turned on.
• The warehouse shipment document status must be Released.
• The value of the POD Quantity must be greater than zero.
• The toggles Include in Aptean POD and Sent to Aptean POD toggles must be turned on.

The auto-post function does not support the specific warehouse shipment line with an Over-delivery because the Qty. to Ship field value is populated as zero after importing the delivery details from the Aptean Proof of Delivery app.
