Set up order minimums

You can set up the customer and vendor attribute value to display in the Source No. field on the Order Minimums page when the Customer Attribute or Vendor Attribute values are selected in the Source Type field.

This setup is not mandatory and can be used only when the Aptean Advanced Attributes extension is installed.

The following procedure outlines how to set up customer and vendor attributes for order minimums.

1. Select the Search icon , enter Order Minimum Setup, and then choose the related link.
   The Order Minimum Setup page opens.
2. On the General FastTab, in the Vendor Attribute field, select the vendor attribute you want the system to inherit in the Source No. field on the Order Minimums page by default.
   You can select the values associated with this vendor attribute in the Attribute Value field of the Order Minimums page.
3. In the Customer Attribute field, select the customer attribute you want the system to inherit in the Source No. field on the Order Minimums page by default.
   You can select the values associated with this customer attribute in the Attribute Value field on the Order Minimums page.

The system displays an error if you change the Vendor Attribute and Customer Attribute field values on the Order Minimum Setup page when there are order minimum records with the Source Type field value set to Customer Attribute or Vendor Attribute on the Order Minimums page.
