Setting Up Foundation.

Logistics calculates with quantities (pallets) and pallet places.
Prerequisite for that is that a pallet unit of measure code is defined
in Foundation setup representing one pallet place.

  1. Select the Search icon , enter Drink-IT Foundation
    Setup    , and then choose the related link.
  2. On the Pallets FastTab, fill in the Pallet Place Unit
    Of Measure     and Pallet Units of Measure fields.
  3. On the Application FastTab, fill in the Allow DIT
    lines recalculation on released orders     field.

The Allow DIT Lines Recalculation on Released Orders has three options :

  • NO : Standard Business Central is active.
  • Yes with confirmation : Gives the possibility to update
    logistic related fields and with positive confirmation the
    calculation of the Drink-IT lines will be executed.
  • Yes without confirmation : Gives the possibility to update
    logistic related fields and automatically the calculation of the
    Drink-IT lines will be executed.
