View inventory

You can view the current Inventory in the Sales Unit of Measure Code using the following steps:

1. Select the Search icon , enter Daily Forecast and choose the related link.
   The Daily Forecast page opens.

2. On the Filters FastTab, perform the following steps:

   • In the Forecast Date field, select a date. This field is filled with the work date by default.
   • In the Forecast Day field, you can view the day corresponding to the value selected in the Forecast Date field.
   • In the Location Code field, select a code from the list.
   • In the Item No. field, select an item from the list.
   • Turn on the Show Shortage toggle to filter and view the daily forecast lines that have a shortage quantity greater than zero.
     

   The Inventory value is calculated based on the below formula:

   • Inventory = Inventory (Base) / Base Unit of Measure of the item
3. Select the Inventory drill-down field to view actual Inventory on the sales order lines with the filter in the following fields:
   • Item No.
   • Variant Code
   • Location Code
