Assign a daily forecast code to an item

Follow the below steps to assign the Daily Forecast Code to an Item:

  1. Select the Search icon , enter Items, and then choose the related link.
    The Items list page opens.
  2. Select an item for which you want to link the Daily Forecast Code.
    The Item Card page opens.
  3. In the Daily Forecast Code field, select a code from the lookup table.

You can select a value in the Reordering Policy field when the Daily Forecasting Code field on the Item Card page contains a value. The system displays a notification message to inform you when both field values are selected.

Manage notification preferences

To hide the notification message, select the Don't show this again link when it appears.

To display the notification message again:

  1. Select the Search icon , enter My Notifications, and then choose the related link.
    The My Notifications page opens.

  2. Locate the relevant notification entry and configure the settings to enable the notification again.

Once you select the Don't show this again link, you must configure the notification settings on the My Notifications page to display the message again.
