Demand forecasts

On the Demand Forecast Overview page, on the action bar, select Actions > Functions > Import History to open the Import history into Demand Forecast page.

The Item Filter and Location Filter fields on the Import History into Demand Forecast page inherit the values set in the Item Filter and Location Filter fields on the General FastTab of the Demand Forecast Overview page. This streamlines the reporting process.

The report data will also be visible on the Demand Forecast Matrix FastTab on the Demand Forecast Overview page. Click the AssistEdit button against the required value to view the Item No. and Location Code on the Options FastTab of the Demand Forecast Entries page.

The system automatically clears any previously entered values in the following filter fields on the Demand Forecast Overview page.

• Customer Filter
  
• Entry Type Filter

You can edit the lines on the Demand Forecast Matrix FastTab of the Demand Forecast Overview page only if the Forecast Type field value is set to Component and the Customer No. field value is left blank. This configuration allows the system to automatically update the related fields on the Demand Forecast Entries page based on the values you enter on the Demand Forecast Matrix FastTab of the Demand Forecast Overview page.
