Introduction
The Aptean Beverage Event Management (EVT) extension, Drink-IT Edition, makes it possible to register the expenses and revenue for the event. With the addition of the Event and Dimensions on the Blanket Sales and Purchase Orders, it is possible to access the P&L report for the individual Blanket Sales and Purchase Orders for an event. It is also possible to create Periodic Invoices and Credit Memos for each event. Executing events that involve borrowed items, beverages, or food comes with specific prerequisites. Ensure awareness of the availability of loaned items such as draught installations and fridges for the upcoming months. Establish both tentative and confirmed reservations. Specific conditions may apply to beverage and food products, such as complimentary or specially priced items and services. Monitor the return of loaned items, empty containers, and approved full goods during events. An event can involve multiple deliveries and returns, resulting in an accurate event invoice.
