Customer Specific setup

If you want a specific customer setup in order to create Creating Periodic Invoices and/or Credit Memos, execute the following steps:

  1. Select the Search icon , enter Customers, and then choose the related link.
    The Customers list page opens.
  2. Select the desired No.
    The Customer Card page opens.
  3. On the Event Management FastTab, the Event Invoice Period and Event Period Length fields get inherited the values from the Default Event Invoice Period and Default Event Period Length.

    > These fields are editable only when the Update Customers action on the Event Management Setup page is executed.

The Invoice Period and Period Length field values are automatically updated on the Blanket Sales Order/Sales Order/Sales Return Order pages from which the invoice is to be created based on the selection of customer.
