Features

With the features added in this release of Aptean Beverage Event Management, Drink-IT Edition, you can:

Use the Return Entry action on the Blanket Sales Orders page.
Add Event dimensions to the Standard Sales Code for event orders on the Blanket Sales Order and Blanket Purchase Order pages and now use the Event dimension for reporting an event.

This release of Aptean Beverage Event Management, Drink-IT Edition has the following enhancements:

Create Sales Order from Blanket Sales Order by selecting Home > Make Order on the action bar, on the Blanket Sales Order page.
Create invoices per event ensuring that shipments and return receipts related to event orders are exclusively included in the event invoice, separate from regular invoices.
Only create periodic sales invoices for blanket sales orders which have a logistic status with the Allowed on Create Sales Invoice field selected.
Filter the customers on the Update Customer Event Invoice Period page, upon using the Update Customers action on the Event Management Setup page.

The following UI/UX changes have been made in this release.

The Event Dimension Code field is added on the General FastTab, on the Event Management Setup page.
The Event Invoice toggle, Default Event Notice Period, Default Event Period Length, and Create Periodic Event Invoices from Status fields are added on the General FastTab of the Event Management Setup page.
The Update Customers action is added on the Event Management Setup page.
The Event Management FastTab is added to the Customer Card page.
The Allowed on Create Sales Invoice checkbox is added to the Logistics Statuses page.
The Filter: Customer FastTab is added on the Update Customer Event Invoice Period page.

The following issues have been resolved in this release.

149119	On creating a blanket sales order with an Event Specific Code, an error occurs.
158388	On the Create Periodic Invoices page, it was possible to change the value in the Custom Period field when Custom was not selected in the Invoice Period field on the Options FastTab.
159864	On the Blanket Sales Order page, the Customer No. field in the Full Goods Balance FactBox is filtering incorrectly.
160961	The Event Period Length filter is not available by default while executing the Update Customers action on the Event Management Setup page.
168770	The Blanket Order No. field on the Drink-IT Foundation FastTab of the Purchase Order page is not updated when creating a purchase order from the Blanket Purchase Order.
