View e-signature snapshots

The eSignature Snapshots page allows you to view tamper-proof snapshot records that are created when a document is certified with an e-signature. These snapshots store historical data, providing compliance officers and auditors with full traceability of who signed a record and when it was certified.

To view e-signature snapshots, follow these steps:

1. Select the Search icon , enter eSignature Snapshots, and then choose the corresponding link.
   The eSignature Snapshots page opens.
2. On the action bar, select View Snapshot to open the selected snapshot record in detail, and display all data captured at the time of certification.
   The system automatically updates snapshots in the Entry No. field.

The snapshot list displays all certified records with signatures. Each entry represents a frozen record of the document as it existed when signed.

• Snapshots are read-only and cannot be modified once created, ensuring audit and compliance integrity.
• Snapshots specifically apply to certified production BOM, routing, and production scenarios.
