View completed signatures

You can view all completed signature activities through the eSignature Entries page, which provides a comprehensive audit trail.

To view completed signatures, follow these steps:

  1. Select the Search icon , enter eSignature Entries, and then choose the related link.
    The eSignature Entries page opens.

  2. View the required information in the following fields:

    FieldDescription
    Entry No.Displays the sequential number of the e-signature entry.
    Date and TimeDisplays the date and time when the e-signature was triggered or logged.
    StatusDisplays the status of the e-signature entry (for example, signed, pending).
    Table CaptionDisplays the name of the table related to the signed document (for example, sales header).
    From StatusDisplays the target status that the entry moves to after signing action (for example, approved, certified).
    To StatusDisplays the status of the document after the e-signature was recorded.
    eSignature User GroupDisplays the user group associated with the signer.
    User IDDisplays the user who performed the signature.
    Signing AuthorityDislays the signing level or authority value of the user.
    MandatoryDisplays whether the signature was mandatory for the document to proceed.
    Signed Date and TimeDisplays the actual date and time the document was signed.
    CommentDisplays any comment entered by the user during the signing process.
    Delegated From User IDDisplays the original user if the signature was delegated from another user.
