You can configure BOM to define production bills that can be certified and tracked.
To set up production scenarios, follow these steps:
- Select the Search icon
, enter Production BOMs, and then choose the related link.
The Production BOMs list page opens. -
Select the required No. field value to open the relevant Production BOM page.

On the General FastTab, enter the required information in the following fields:
| Field | Description |

| Allow Over and Under Production | Select the handling method for overproduction and underproduction scenarios. The available options are Percentage and Unlimited. The default value is Unlimited. |
| Allow % Over Production | Enter the percentage of overproduction allowed. This field is displayed only when the Allow Over and Under Production field value is set to Percentage. The value must be between 0-100. |
| Allow % Under Production | Enter the percentage of underproduction allowed. This field is displayed only when the Allow Over and Under Production field value is set to Percentage. The value must be between 0-100. |
| Active Version | Enter the version of the production BOM that is currently active. If the BOM Version Code field value is left blank on the Item Production Scenario page, the system uses this active version. The value must be between 0-100. |
On the action bar, select Change Status Mgmt Status to change the Status Mgmt. Description field value on the General FastTab. For more information, see Execute e-signature in production order.
