Configure Two-Factor Authentication

You can configure Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) settings to enforce additional security measures for user authentication during the digital signature process.

You can configure Two-Factor Authentication only after the fields on the Microsoft Entra ID Settings FastTab are set up on the eSignature Setup page.

You can execute the User Security Info action on the eSignature Setup page, then you can navigated to the Security info page. To know more, see Multifactor authentication (MFA) for Business Central.
