What
Loan in Use items FactBox on Return Entry page.
Why
In the beverage industry, it is common to lend out items (equipment) to customers that will be returned later. We call this loan in use items. You can have a similar process with your vendors.
As an event manager, sales operator or purchase order processor, you want to have the overview per customer or vendor on balances for these loan in use items.
How
- On the Return Entry page, in the Loan in Use Balance FactBox, you can see the overview with outstanding quantities per loan in use item for that customer or vendor. You can open the details on the quantity field to see the specification.

Event Mgt - Blanket order enhancement on Empty goods tracking.
Why
When you create blanket orders for events, and for other reasons, you want to be able to see the balance of empty goods on that blanket order, so you can inform the drivers how much should be collected back when the event is over.
How
- Select the Search icon
, enter Blanket Sales Order or Blanket Purchase Orders, and then choose the related link. - Open the card of the blanket order you want to view loan in use item balances for.
- In the Loan in Use Balance FactBox, you can see the overview with outstanding quantities per loan in use item for that customer or vendor. You can open the details on the quantity field to see the specification.
When sales or purchase transactions are linked to a blanket order, the blanket order fields will automatically be included in the empty goods ledger entries that are created with that transaction. You can make the fields visible by Personalize the page.

Quantity shipped is wrong for Empty Goods. Qty. Per is not equal to 1 and posted with warehouse activities.
Why
When you posted a warehouse receipt or shipment with empty goods, the quantities for the empty goods were not always calculated correct. This is solved.
