Integration with Aptean Beverage Customs Document Management, Drink-IT Edition

When the Aptean EDI extension is used in conjunction with the Aptean Beverage Customs Document Management extension, Drink-IT Edition, the system maps tax identification details in EDI messages by using the Tax Registration No. field value on the Document Tax Lines page linked to the sales order line while processing the Aptean EDI 940 and Aptean EDI 40 SO messages.

Also, the system maps the Type and Number text elements in the Reference section as follows while processing the INSDES D01B Warehouse Shipment Outbound message. The Type text element is updated as declarant's customs identity number by default. The Number text element is updated with the Tax Registration No. field value on the related Ship-to Address page > The Tax Registration No. field value on the Customer Card page > The Tax Registration No. field value in the related document tax line. If the fields are empty, it is left blank.
