Integration with Aptean Call Plan

When the Aptean E-Commerce extension is used in conjunction with the Aptean Call Plan extension, you can enforce sales order cut-off dates and times on the e-commerce platform. For more information, see Set up call plan for sales.

To configure order cut-off times, follow these steps:

1. Open the Sales Call Plan Setup page.
2. Turn on the Cut-off restrictions apply to E-Commerce toggle. This enables alerts for e-commerce users when cut-off restrictions apply.
3. On the Default Call Days FastTab, specify the day of the week when your business stops accepting orders for each shipment day.
   For example, setting Sunday in the For Monday Shipment field triggers order cut-off validation on Sunday for Monday shipments.
4. On the Order Entry Cut-off Times FastTab, in the Timezone field, select the time zone that applies to the cut-off times.
5. In the Monday to Sunday fields, enter the time after which orders can no longer be placed for the respective day.

For example, if the following settings are configured:

• For Monday Shipment = Sunday

• Timezone = Eastern Standard Time

• Sunday = 6:30:00 PM

Then, orders for Monday shipment must be entered before 6:30 PM on Sunday. Any orders entered after that time are not accepted for Monday delivery.
