View comment information on the FactBox

You can configure dynamic comment codes and descriptions for an item. When the item is selected, the associated comments are automatically displayed across relevant pages.

On the Comments & Instructions FactBox, you can view the values of the Description and Comment fields, which are populated from the Dynamic Comment page.

When you select the Comments field value in the FactBox, you can view the related fields on the Dynamic Comment page.

[NOTE!]

• If the Critical checkbox is selected on the Dynamic Comment page, the Comments field value on the Comments & Instructions FactBox is highlighted in red color.
• If the Critical checkbox is not selected, the Comments field value is highlighted in blue color.
• If the Closed checkbox is selected, the associated comment is excluded from the Comments field value.
