Set up dynamic comment codes

You can configure comment codes, specify descriptions, and establish line length parameters to standardize and manage comment formatting across procurement documents. This setup ensures consistent presentation of comments, enhancing clarity.

To set up dynamic comment codes, follow these steps:

1. Select the Search icon , enter Dynamic Comment Codes, and then choose the related link.
   The Dynamic Comment Codes page opens.
2. On the action bar, select New to create a new dynamic comment code.

3. Enter the required information in the following fields:

   Field	Description
   Code	Enter a unique identifier for the dynamic comment.
   Description	Enter the description of the comment code.
   Maximum Line Length	Enter the line length of the comment.
   Rich Text	Select this checkbox to enable rich text formatting for the comment on the Dynamic Comment page.

The current version of this extension does not support the Maximum Line Length field.

The dynamic comment code has been configured.
