Set up rent categories

Rent categories are classifications that helps organize and manage different types of rental contracts ensuring consistency in rental process. It manages both customer and vendor rent accounts and posting groups.

To set up rent categories, follow these steps:

  1. Select the Search icon , enter Rent Categories, and then choose the related link.
    The Rent Categories page opens.
  2. Select the New action.
  3. Enter codes as necessary and fill in fields. Hover over a field to read a short description.
