A customer may have a Bill-to customer for regular invoices, but not for a loan. In that case the bill-to customer warning is not welcome in the general journals. Check field Suppress Bill-to warning for that on the customer card, FastTab Contract Management (it will be set automatically when you change the bill-to customer on the Loan).
