Features

With the features added in this release of Aptean Beverage Contract Management extension, Drink-IT Edition, you can:

• Set up and manage rental agreements for vendors, like customer agreements through configurations on the Contract Management Setup, Rent Categories, and Rental Agreement pages. To know more, see Setting up contract management.
• Create purchase invoices either manually or by matching vendor invoices to existing rental agreement details. Additionally, you can handle indexation adjustments on active rental agreements, ensuring that rental prices are updated as needed.

UI/UX changes

The following UI/UX changes have been made in this release.

• The following fields have been added to the Rent FastTab of the Contract Management Setup page.

  • Posted Rent Purchase Invoice No. Series
  • Vendor Invoice No.
• The following fields have been added to the Rent Categories page.
  • Vendor Posting Group

• The Billing Type field has been added to the Payments FastTab of the Rental Agreement page.
• The following fields have been added to the Rent Invoice Buffer page.

• The existing fields Rent Category Account, Rent Accrual Account, and Rent Accrual Balance Account have been replaced by Customer Rent Category Account, Customer Rent Accrual Account, and Customer Rent Accrual Balance Account on the Rent Categories page.
• The Customer Posting Group field has been renamed as Source Posting Group on the Rent Lines, Rent Charge Lines, and Purchase Charge Lines FastTabs of the Rental Agreement page.
• The Vendor option has been added to the Source Type field on the Rental Agreement page.
