Job queue entries

When Circuit Breaker Entries are made for a specific Circuit Breaker Setup, this ensures that Job Queue Entries are made automatically for this specific Circuit Breaker Setup until the Alert is sent. When the Alert is sent, the Job Queue Entry will disappear and the Circuit Breaker Setup Status will be set to Closed.
