Outbound or Negative Transactions

Applying catch weight for items during outbound or negative transactions ensures that your customer pays for the actual weight quantity (lbs., kg., gal., etc.) rather than the pack size or the number of items.

For all outbound transactions, if the weight quantity to handle exceeds the available weight quantity, the system displays an error message.
